We just finished installing several Ventizio micro-misting units on a covered patio in this lovely residence in Boca Raton, FL. The two Ventizio units shown on the photos will enable the homeowners to enjoy their patio even when outdoor temperatures reach uncomfortable levels. The Ventizio units use proprietary nozzle technology to project a micro-mist that cools off the entire the area. These photos show the installation of 2 TurboCool micro-misting cabinets above the entrance door of the Wilcox Nursery in Largo, FL. Why did the owners want to install micro-misting units inside the store? The front entrance is constantly open and shut, letting in warm damp air each time a client comes in. Under these circumstances, using air conditioning to cool off the store is a big waste of money. Installing these 2 micro-misting cabinets right at the entrance enables the Largo-based nursery to cool off instantly the warm humid draft that rushes in. The pumps in the cabinets are powerful enough to suck in the incoming damp air, and expel it partially dried out and cooled off by the micro-mist. The force with which the micro-mist is pushed out of the nozzles evaporates the micro-droplets just 3-4 feet outside the nozzles. When clients enter the store, they feel the cool without feeling the damp. The cooler air pushed out of the nozzles is recirculated inside and lowers the temperature of the store. In turn, this limits the use of air conditioning. This is how micro-misting makes sense indoors. We just finished installing this retractable shading structure with a blue awning over a wet bar at a yacht club in St Petersburg, FL. As can be seen in the second photo, the retractable arms feature an LED lighting system, effectively increasing the use of the wet bar during the evening (and helping the bartender see what is poured in the shaker at night!). The structure is solidly anchored in the ground to resist the strong winds that can blow along the waterway. The awning has a a high wind resistance, but we advise our clients to retract the awning systematically when the space is left unattended or when the winds are too high. FRESHLY INSTALLED: 2 REMOTE-CONTROLLED OUTDOOR MISTING UNITS IN RIVERVIEW, FL
We installed these 2 Kayla outdoor cooling units to cool off a large patio in Riverview, FL. The units are set up with heating elements and LED lighting.
Each of them is remote-controlled by a touch panel: each feature (mist, speed, heat, light) is controlled separately. The panels enable precise control by increment: more mist, more light, more heat, one or two heaters, more or less internal fan speed.
The misting nozzles are built with a proprietary technology which creates micro-droplets. The internal fans push the droplets through orientable ports at a high rate of speed and the droplets evaporate 3-5 feet away from the port, before touching any object or any person. This technology is “no wetness”, i.e. the misting does not create a humid environment like cheap knockoffs. It cools off the air molecules around the ports and the internal fans push the cooler air around, cooling off the patio at a lower cost than an air-conditioning unit.
The heating elements create a welcoming warmth during our Floridian winter.
