The enclosure protects the family and their patio from flying debris when hurricane-force winds blow in the area.
As you can see in the photos, the metal has a big gauge, and it is very solidly anchored to the masonry with multiple anchor points on all sides.
The screens are also heavy-duty, and rated hurricane-strength.
