What is an automatic mosquito misting system? It’s a network of high-quality misting nozzles attached to a control center. When the system is activated, the nozzles release a fine mist of the exact right amount of pre-mixed mosquito repellent, which is stored in the system’s main reservoir.
To provide the most effective treatment, the system automatically sprays for pest insects at the times they’re most prevalent. For mosquito control, it sprays in 45-second bursts at both sunrise and sunset. No-see-ums are most active in the mid-day, making the ideal treatment time between three and four o’clock in the afternoon.
The timer also allows you to choose from 96 preset cycles, so you can set it and forget it. If the system runs empty it will shut itself off, preventing your motor from overheating.
This virtually maintenance-free mosquito control system keeps mosquitoes, no-see-ums, ticks, fleas, gnats, flies, and spiders out of your yard — without the need to manually mix and apply insecticides. This allows you to enjoy your outdoor space without constantly worrying about waging a battle against biting insects.
