Here is a great example of integrating hurricane screens in the general esthetics of a home. The pool deck stone is white, the house of a neutral color. Adding dark hurricane screens, especially with that large surface area, would be changing the vibe of the house. The owners opted for white hurricane screens of the Progressive Screens band. They integrate seamlessly with the house inside the pool cage.
As you can see on the video, the individual motors are remote-controlled, all together or separately. These electric motors are super reliable and pull a lot of torque. The motor of the smaller screen is a bit faster than the other two: it pulls less weight.
The screens are made of a heavy, mold-resistant synthetic fabric which offers trong resistance against strong winds and debris projections. The screens are also situated inside the pool cage, which reduces the need for even heavier fabric.
